The apartment had everything I needed, including a washing machine, and it was very clean in a brilliant location. Since it’s right by a busy road, earplugs are needed for sleeping. Check-in wasn’t great, though. I wish the details had been sent in advance. I had to call twice before they told me where to pick up the keys. If I’d arrived a bit later, I could’ve been stuck outside.
The owner was super nice and helpful, especially when we had trouble parking our big car. We stayed as a big family with a baby and a dog. The apartment was clean and cozy, and came with everything we needed, including unlimited Nespresso capsules, tea bags, and a water boiler. A crib had also been provided before we arrived. Really nice place, and we’d definitely recommend it and come back.
We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spotless and roomy enough for our family of six, with a great view. Despite being on a main street, it wasn’t noisy. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the location was convenient with lots of tram stops nearby. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher and cooking and dining supplies, plus a fridge and freezer. The washer and dryer were handy, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Some of us were cold the first night, so we raised the temperature. We were fine with the fourth floor and used the stairs for exercise after all the good food. The small elevator mainly carried our luggage. The owners arranged an airport ride and were flexible and accommodating. We also rented a car for a day trip and could park it in the gated lot for a small fee. We’ll definitely stay here again, highly recommend it!

The location is central, with everything walkable, but the apartment wasn't worth the price and I'd choose somewhere else next time. We booked a five-room place for two families, yet some of our things ended up on the floor because one bedroom had a wardrobe with no handles and another had no wardrobe at all. The flat looks like it's from the 1950s or 60s, and it doesn't match the website photos very well. Cracked, water-marked ceilings, creaky boards and doors that don't close properly all added to the problems. Street and tram noise came through constantly, with one window that wouldn't lock and another missing its handle. There was also loud renovation work in the entrance and on the floor above during weekdays.
