I got hives in this room. Avoid the downstairs room facing the garden. It was the worst room I've ever stayed in. It was tiny, with no space to open my medium-sized suitcase, and I had to ask them to remove the huge chair to make room. There was no daily cleaning during my five days, unlike other Booking.com listings. The garbage can was tiny, and the two thin towels weren't replaced. Only two hangers were provided. The shower holder fell on my head while I was showering, and the hot water stopped midway through. There was no hair dryer in the room. I had to ask for one, and the toy-sized dryer they gave me took 15 minutes to dry my hair. The heaters in both the room and bathroom didn't work, so nights were freezing. Even in 25C weather, it took two days for a pair of socks to dry. The bathroom window was screwed shut because of a past burglary. The room window looked into the backyard, where you could hear and see the owners going about their business, so there was no privacy and I couldn't open it. The owners were grumpy when I asked for fresh towels and more hangers. Unless you pay for an upstairs room with more space, the one-bedroom room isn't worth it. This is a flimsy, unfit, overrated business. I'd give it a minus score if I could.
