I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but this is unacceptable. I've been waiting for the invoices for my stay ever since, despite sending the manager several messages. I'm very disappointed with the way the manager has handled this.

The apartment is cozy, spacious, fully renovated, and comfortable to sleep in. The photos we saw are an accurate picture of it. It has good main appliances from brands like Bosch, Siemens, and Philips, though the countertop feels a bit flimsy. I missed having a toaster and ironing board, and there should be at least one working fan. With the windows open, air does circulate well. The building itself looks scary from the outside, is still being renovated, and the interior views are depressing. The staff aren't especially cheerful, but they're generally polite, speak good English, and are available for questions or needs.
