Prague Central Exclusive Apartments

The location is very good, especially if you like high-end fashion shopping. The place is old, though. In winter, with overnight temperatures around 0 to 3°C, it took the heater all night to start working, and we also had to troubleshoot the boiler. The shower door is falling apart, and the room wasn't as clean as some people might expect. Maybe that's what the price gets you, but I've stayed in places with the same price range and location that had better rooms. If you're not fussy, the spot may still suit you.

The location was superb for us, within walking distance of the major attractions, and the apartment had all the facilities of a home. Check-in requires picking up the key from Red&Blue design Hotel, which is a bit far from the apartment. Our room was on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, but a few stairs still need to be managed, so bear that in mind with heavy or large luggage or a wheelchair.

For 50 euros for two people, the studio we got on a "special offer" was a reasonable deal. The exact room doesn't appear in the preview photos, probably because it's quite small, a bit bland, and has no curtains or couch. The bath, bed, and kitchen were good. The hallway door felt flimsy, almost like it was just a room inside an apartment, so noise from outside came through clearly. In theory, anyone causing trouble after 10pm will be fined and kicked out. There was no coffee or other food in the kitchen, so bring or buy your own.

The apartment was in such poor sanitary condition that I couldn't stay there for my booking from April 17th to 20th. They said they would refund me after I cancelled, but I still haven't received anything. They won't answer my calls or respond to my emails. On the phone, they told me to email, even though they don't reply to those emails. Please cancel the payment now. This all happened because the apartment was dirty.
