The location was pretty good and the apartment was clean and modern, though very plain and sparsely furnished. I stayed in a fourth apartment via booking.c. It could really have used a couch, but overall it was pretty good.

A nice, quiet place to live.

The apartment's hygiene and upkeep fell short of what I expected. On top of that, I didn't get my deposit back until exactly a week later, which felt unnecessarily slow. I also had a long wait for anyone from the staff to arrive, and nobody answered the phone despite my trying several times. The paid parking was difficult to access and poorly organized. Customer service was very poor, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend the place.

When I arrived, the man asked me to pay 15 Euros per day for parking. I hadn't expected that much because the website said parking was free. He didn't explain anything and just drove off. Then Booking deducted the fee, saying I hadn't shown up. The whole thing was some kind of farce. Scammers. I wouldn't recommend it!!!

The modern living complex is beautiful, though a bit bland. There's still a lot of construction going on around it, which is a shame.
