It was very hard to reach the property manager for check-in instructions. When I finally got a reply, I was sent to a different address and told to fill in the same registration form again, even though I'd already completed it online. I was threatened with being refused check-in unless I paid €4.20 for a printed door code. I also ended up spending €20 on a taxi because of the situation. The owner was unfriendly, and the experience didn't meet Booking.com standards. The apartment in the photos wasn't the one I got. They put me in a different one that was extremely cold, had no hair dryer, and had torn curtains. The atmosphere and moral pressure were terrible. I don't recommend this place.

The location worked well, but our two-bedroom apartment had just one bathroom, and it was so cramped there was barely room to dry off after a shower. There was nowhere to put toiletries for three people. The bedding looked and felt unclean, with discolored sheets, pillows, and duvet. We could also hear noise from other apartments and the neighboring building.

A roomy, comfortable apartment, and a short distance from Prague’s main attractions.

A handy place to stay while sightseeing. Air conditioning would have been a welcome extra.

The breakfast was excellent, and everything was spotless. The accommodation was beautiful and the service friendly.
