We couldn’t sleep properly during our four-night stay, and the offers of free breakfast or a late checkout didn’t solve that. We had booked a three-bedroom apartment with a terrace and called ahead to confirm it would have one, but there was no terrace when we arrived, even though the photos show one. The third bedroom also serves as the living room, and it was missing the curtain around the bed. With the house on a busy street, car and street lights shone into the room at night, and there was little privacy or control over the light. When we raised both problems, reception first refused the complaint, then directed us to customer care, who couldn’t fix anything. It was a very disappointing stay, with misleading information and no effective help on site.
