Rohan Boat Prague

The rooms were reasonably clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They’ll do what they can to make your stay pleasant, so it’s a shame the old ship’s technical problems seem to bring the hotel’s rating down. Still, I found it disappointing because the description was misleading. The rooms were extremely hot and damp even though it wasn’t summer. We asked staff several times to lower the temperature, since we couldn’t control it in the room, but nothing changed. There were insects around, likely because people were trying to open the windows to cool things down. It isn’t right in the city center, though getting around is fairly easy by car or train. Free parking is a plus, but it doesn’t make up for the hotel’s downsides.

Hello Rohan Boat Team, I love your place and everything else was fine. But does the fish really need to be kept in that small aquarium in front of reception without any oxygen supply? We found it cruel. The fish looked really unhealthy, and we think it was suffering a lot.

Having dinner at Rohan Boat, it was nice to look out over the river while eating. The surroundings weren’t very appealing, though. The food was okay but nothing special, and the waiters were quite slow and not very friendly.

The atmosphere was really nice, and the staff were helpful and always smiling. Sadly, the rooms weren’t clean enough. The doors get locked at night for security, so you can’t go out for a smoke then. The Wi-Fi signal was zero, but you’re sleeping on a boat :)
