Salvator Superior Apartments

The broken AC in Room 204 at Salvator Apartments made our stay in Prague stressful and uncomfortable, especially since we were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I reported it over two days, but nothing was fixed. Staff even asked, “is the AC required also?” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I called several times and left messages, but never got a call back. What should have been a happy trip instead left us frustrated and with what felt like emotional trauma. This negligence has left me with a terrible memory of the hotel and, unfortunately, of the country too. I would never recommend staying here.

We booked through Airbnb and stayed one night in Prague. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the place was very clean, so it was convenient for a short stay. It felt more like a hotel room with a kitchenette than a full apartment. The kitchenette wasn’t very well equipped, and there was no living or chillout area, but it had the basics and a nice, spacious bathroom. Everything matched the description.

We only came for a night out and really just needed a bed, but because a larger place was available, the hotel gave us a free upgrade to an apartment with a terrace and two bedrooms. It was incredibly spacious and well equipped, especially for a bigger group or longer stay. The reception lady was lovely, and the whole place had positive vibes. It’s close to the centre, yet our room and terrace were quiet and calm. Great value in Prague, and we’ll definitely return.

The apartment was clean and really comfortable, with everything we needed. Its location felt central but quiet, and there was a tram stop, Mcdonalds, a mall, cafes and restaurants nearby. A big thank you to the staff for letting us check in early and leave our luggage after checkout before our flight.
