For three days, I found the hotel peaceful, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job each day, and the room was spotless with a fresh, calming smell that made it welcoming when I came back. I'd seen some negative reviews before arriving, but my stay was completely different. I'd recommend it to new guests, especially anyone who cares about hygiene and a pleasant atmosphere.

The Thai Oil Massage at Six Senses was magical and left us completely relaxed. We also loved the modern, cozy rooms and their thoughtful design. ICON Hotel Prague is right in the heart of the city, with everything a short walk away. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We even met Jannis at reception, who is well-known from the hotel reviews. A great mix of style, comfort, and service. Highly recommend for a Prague visit.

Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious. Thanks to everyone who served it. I stayed five days at the Icon Hotel while visiting Prague, and most sights were within walking distance from its central location. The room was spacious and wonderful. Front desk staff were polite and helpful, especially Giannis, whom I'd like to thank. I'd definitely recommend staying here when visiting Prague.

The location made it easy to walk everywhere, with restaurants close by, and the price was great. Breakfast had a good selection, including fresh omelettes made to order. The rooms were modern, and the staff were super friendly and helpful the whole time. Couldn't fault the place. We'll be back, thank you!

Sofia and Valeria made us feel genuinely cared for, and the whole team was friendly, welcoming, and polite. The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean, and feels brand new. Being right in the center of Prague made exploring easy and enjoyable. We also loved the delicious breakfast and its great variety. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it.
