Mr Andrew was incredibly kind, even though I gave him a hard time. When I said I couldn’t relax or sleep through the night, he offered me a partial refund. I didn’t finish my stay because the lack of AC was difficult for me. The fan he brought when I asked did help, and the high ceilings meant there probably wasn’t really a need for AC, but I’m going through chemo, so it wasn’t the right choice for me. The large room made me feel a bit spooked, and the window looked out over a junk yard where druggies or alcoholics would be there every night. The old building was otherwise nice, though its dark staircase felt eerie. If privacy is what you want, this is the place. Thanks all the same, Mr Andrew. I wish you nothing but the best.

Andrew took time to sit with us and plan an itinerary, which really helped since I have a bad foot and couldn’t walk far. Our en-suite room was spacious, clean, and just right for our stay. The shared kitchenette was fully stocked. The location made it easy to get around: the city, tram, bus, train station, coffee shops, Tesco Express, clubs, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Cross the road to the park and you can pick up an electric scooter if you don’t want to walk. We also loved the architecture of the 150 year old building, and could safely keep our rental cycles inside. The price was very reasonable. We’ll return on our next visit to Prague.

Keep in mind that there’s no elevator on the first flight of stairs, so it could be tricky for disabled people. The owners, Andrew and Valentina, are professional and always ready to help with any questions. It’s a great place to stay, totally recommended for a Prague trip. I’ll come back again!!!

Andrew, the owner, is very kind and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there’s a shared kitchen where you can make coffee or tea for free. Great place to stay if you’re visiting!
