Vila Bohemia

Such a beautiful, cozy place. I've stayed in lots of different places, but this is somewhere I'd like to return to. The staff are attentive and friendly, the food is delicious, and everything feels set up to make you comfortable.

I spent four nights here. The young women at the villa hotel were really friendly and helpful, and their English was great. There's also an adorable cat who followed me around for pets and even rolled over. So sweet! If you're not used to pets, though, I'd avoid touching her because of her claws. The garden is lovely too. Sitting in the courtyard with coffee on a nice evening was a treat.

The rooms are small but modern and stylish, with great air conditioning. Breakfast is what you'd expect at a small, privately owned villa hotel: different breads, dairy products, granola, greens, sausage, and white beans every day. We had scrambled eggs on one of our four mornings. It's a bit pricey for the standard and location. The hotel is on Prague's outskirts, a short walk from Luka subway station. There are a few small spaces outside the gate, where a regular-sized sedan may stick out onto the road. Larger spaces are available inside the gate, alongside two electric vehicle chargers that can't be booked. Charging costs 10 CZK/kWh. They might be blocked when you arrive, but the staff can help sort it out by the next day.

We only spent one night here, but we'd gladly come back. After a long journey, the late check-in was easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and ready for us. In the morning we had a generous breakfast with plenty of choice. We were traveling with our daughter, and the staff made us feel very welcome. They were so kind to her and even surprised her with little gifts that made her day. Those thoughtful touches made the stay memorable. The atmosphere was lovely for families, and the service was friendly.
