Wishlist Old Prague Residences - Haštalská

I was surprised by the reviews, though maybe they were from a while ago. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. The apartment was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. We arrived early and had to leave our luggage with David, who looked after us and was very kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I booked this in 2020, before the pandemic, and paid upfront. They offered a voucher, but lockdowns and travel restrictions meant we couldn’t go for several years. For the past year, I’ve tried to contact them by email and through the website to find out when we could visit, but nobody has replied. I first spoke with Tom and have sent more than eight emails since, all without an answer. I also submitted a request through the website in June and still haven’t heard back. This was meant to be a special birthday present. Given everything we’ve lived through over the past three years, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from Wishlist and the team. We spent just under 1K on this accommodation and, as things stand, have lost the money. That’s a lot to lose during this cost of living crisis. I’m very upset and dissatisfied after being ignored and left without advice for over a year. I’d give zero stars if I could.

The password entry and the little plaza downstairs with its cafe and restaurant were nice touches. The place felt safe, quiet, comfortable, and well organized, and it was new, clean, and nicely decorated. I’d gladly come back. The one thing that bothered me was the very old, slow elevator. I hope it’s replaced before my next visit.

Watch out, this company is a scam. They canceled my Booking just two days before. I’d never book with them again.
