Zleep Hotel Prague

The location, underground parking, and facilities are convenient if you're driving, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel looks nice from outside and seems quite new. I stayed twice in different rooms, but I won't return unless the problems are fixed. The bathroom has no door for the shower or toilet, and sewage smells spread through the whole room. I couldn't focus on work at the computer because of the strong odor from the toilet and sink. Opening the window helped with the smell, but the heater still didn't work. Even with the window shut, it blew cold air and the room stayed cold. I'd be glad to come back if they added bathroom doors.

The staff are very friendly, the lobby is comfortable, and the relaxation areas are lovely. Still, the practical problems made my stay unpleasant. With no proper bathroom doors and issues with the sewage system, the smell was so bad that at times I felt I might vomit. The heating was unreliable and switched itself off, so the room never got properly warm even though it was -7°C outside. And it takes around two minutes for the hot water to come through. The hotel has potential, but these issues need urgent attention.

The price was acceptable, and the staff were nice, but that wasn’t enough to make this a great stay. The room was small and always cold despite the interesting design. Breakfast was poor, and there was nowhere to sit except the dining area. We were evacuated at 2 a.m. when the fire alarm went off. Think twice before staying here.

This is my third stay, and the friendly, welcoming service is a big reason I keep coming back, along with the very good price for what you get. The room looks brand new, which is unusual compared with the other hotels in Prague. The floor is cold, though. For this price, I can live with that. I recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!
