Hotel TJ Chodov

I spent a month at Hotel Chodov and truly enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, everything worked, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and housekeeping did a great job each day. I appreciated their kindness and professionalism. There were a couple of issues: noise from the restaurant often carried on late at night, and parking was tricky because people who weren’t guests often took the hotel spaces. I wish that were enforced more strictly. Even so, I’d choose the hotel again when I’m back in Prague. Highly recommended.

We were seven people sharing three rooms, all spacious, very clean and quiet. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. When we misplaced a key, we worked together to find a way to get it back.

We had a really good four-night stay, and the beds were super comfy. For the price, it was hard to ask for a better hotel in Prague. Downtown is about 20 minutes away by metro after taking the 126 bus to Westfield mall. The breakfast was standard and suited us. A nice bonus was the free passes to the pool, steam bath and saunas across the street, since the hotel is owned by the local swim club. Bring your own blanket for the sauna.

Nice, friendly people, and the place is quiet and cozy. The rooms aren’t very spacious, but the bathrooms are huge, with lots of open floor space for getting dressed, leaving luggage or just walking around 😂. Breakfast was the problem for us. At 10€, it felt like nothing for local prices. The location is another big drawback, with nothing else nearby. If you’re visiting Prague as a tourist, I’d avoid staying here.
