Dogs are welcome, which is a nice bonus. The owner was kind and very helpful, and the price for a place like this is amazing. There’s a modern, spacious kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, and 2 refrigerators, as well as a large shared room and cozy bedrooms. It’s about 10 minutes on foot from the beach, and the bus stop and a shop are only a short walk away. I definitely recommend it.

Mr. Urbánek has made this a very nice place. I don’t understand why the guesthouse is still called Kratochvílová, since the owners have changed and the accommodation and quality are better now.

The helpful staff made up for the relative cleanliness, especially the gentleman, who was very kind. The place is enough for undemanding guests and brings back memories of school trips. The furnishings are older, and while there’s a kitchen, it could use a bit more care. You can pour your own beer 🍺. I’d rate it 2.5*, but nostalgia made me round up 😄

Mr. Jirka, who looks after the guesthouse, was the best part for me. He welcomed us, took great care of us, and lit a fire almost every evening where we got to meet the other guests. Add the views, guitar evenings, cleanliness, and family atmosphere, and I’d give him ten stars. The place is a cozy family guesthouse, with a self-service bar, equipped kitchen, and a grill you can rent. Everything was clean and perfectly sufficient for a vacation. You can’t expect a Hilton, but I left with one word: Thank you!
