The location in the city was excellent, with everything close by, and the service was great throughout. There was someone on site around the clock, plus secure overnight parking. We’d definitely stay again next time. Our room was large, with three single beds, and the bathroom was very clean. The bedroom and living area could use newer furniture, but there were enough outlets for our devices. We asked for a small freezer and they brought one up. A small fridge would have worked better, though I think the freezer was all they had available. Breakfast was consistently very good, with bread, meats, coffee and tea. The dining room was on the small side.

I booked Hotel Avion Prague and wanted to add another night, but because that hotel was full, they booked me into this one instead. I noticed the mistake and canceled because it’s 282 miles from Hotel Avion in Praque. After that, the booking email with my cancellation disappeared. I feel these people and Booking . CON work together to rip people off. They took my card details for this hotel, saying it was for security, and I was charged £, 50.00+- after canceling. If you don’t want to lose your hard-earned money, look up complaints and customer reviews of Booking. Com on Google before booking. 🙏🤗-

The building’s quite old, which gives the hotel some character. It’s much better and cheaper than chains like ibis or Comfort. Rooms are big, breakfast is good, parking is free, and the staff are really pleasant. Fair prices too.

The staff were warm and very friendly, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Rooms are large, and breakfast was generous. A great hotel if you’re staying in Prostejov, highly recommend it!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly. Really good value for the price.
