Breakfast was a real highlight for us, especially the scrambled eggs, the best we had in Czechia. There were also sausages and fried eggs, plus cold cuts, cheese, breads, rolls and pastries. Plenty of seating, coffee from a machine, and a juicer for fresh orange juice, alongside apple, orange and grapefruit juice. There weren't any evening meals, though Pivovar pub is close by. We spent five nights here after arriving a little ahead of schedule in a hired car. A bit of crossed communication with the receptionist, who didn't speak English, but we got checked in early. We were given a token and a key. A secure separate door led to two rooms sharing a common area, with a cot in it. Ours was on a corner, with two windows. The room had high ceilings, bare floorboards, rough walls and simple furniture. Plenty of sockets, a fridge and a small TV. It came with a kettle at first, then we got a coffee machine during the stay. The bathroom had a shower and the usual facilities. We also had a parking spot behind the building, so the car was always off the street.

We found this place on our road trip through Bohemia, and I wish we'd booked more nights. The hotel is just a few steps from the train station, with Prague and Karlstein easy to reach. The staff were really helpful and breakfast was great. The interior is stunning, with individually designed rooms and thoughtful little details. Such a lovely place to stay. We'll be back soon!

We had a great time here, especially at the hotel's own brewery, about a five minute walk away in the old railway station building. The restaurant was excellent and there was a great selection of their own beers. Parking was no problem, and the location worked well for us. Our room was the nicest one there, a big space with five metre ceilings. Beautiful hotel! 👍

Getting here by train was easy, only about 20 minutes from Prague, and there are lots of hiking and walking options along the river. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms blend modern, stylish design with respect for the building's original architecture. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was really tasty in a cozy room overlooking outside.

The restaurant is worth a try, the food was really tasty. Service at the hotel was excellent, and the rooms felt brand new and looked very stylish. It's a terrific place in a pleasant little town just outside Prague, definitely worth the detour.
