The apartment had a long list of problems, especially in the bathroom. The toilet was mounted crookedly, with no handle to help keep your balance. There was no exhaust fan, so if you opened the window while bathing or using the toilet, you could chat with the neighbors whose window opens onto the terrace. There were no shower curtains at all, even though the curtain rod was there, and showering left the bathroom and toilet flooded. The so-called massage tub wasn't a massage or whirlpool tub. It took about 45 minutes to fill, needing around 500l of warm water before you could safely turn on the jets. Otherwise, they sprayed water all over the bathroom and you'd have to mop up, much as after using the shower. Warm enough water only came through now and then, and only on demand. The water from taps throughout the "luxury apartment" was brownish-green. It was so off-putting that I kept my time in the bathroom to a minimum. The balcony and terrace furniture was untidy and soaking wet when we arrived in the rain. The foam cushions were unusable for the first three days while we waited for them to dry. Corners, door frames, and railings were covered in old and new cobwebs. My guess is the balcony or terrace hadn't seen a broom in about a year. The whirlpool shown in the accommodation gallery on the resort website was completely missing. In the living room, the TV signal often gave a poor picture or no picture at all. Oddly, it got much worse when the bathroom whirlpool was running. The massage chair had tangled, possibly damaged power cables, so we never used it. Lighting was poorly placed and quite bad. In one bedroom, the ceiling light still glowed a little when switched off, which got in the way of sleeping. The imitation leather sofa looked good in the advertising photos, but wasn't very comfortable for sitting in front of the TV, and felt cramped even in the corners. The dining area wasn't much better. The chandelier above the table was placed badly, and I still don't understand why there's an extendable folding table when the fancy steps leave nowhere to expand the dining space. In the bedroom with the extra bed, the fire alarm flashed red even though there was no fire. There was no wardrobe because the extra bed took up the space. The sockets were hard to find, and the ones we found either wouldn't take a plug or didn't work. The door handle only worked after tightening the screws on its covers. Bedroom No. 2 had a double bed so wide that the aisles around it were only 25cm, barely enough to get into bed, and there was no room for bedside tables. One socket didn't work, while the other two were in that narrow passage where you'd kick anything plugged in when getting up at night. The sink faucet was missing its aerator, so until I got used to it, I had to go to the sink wearing a raincoat. There wasn't a single dishwasher tablet when we moved in, which made the dishwasher pretty useless. Three garbage bags weren't enough for a week's stay, and previous guests had left behind a bowl of uneaten grape wine that I didn't dare taste. The black chest of drawers in the entrance had a door that wouldn't close properly, and the hallway lighting was weak, with just a poor spotlight. You can't really see all this at first.

We stayed with friends for three nights. The room itself was clean and functional, and there was hot water. Everything else went smoothly, but there were a couple of surprises. We thought cooking was available in the residence because that's what the website showed, but it wasn't. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so we made do. We were planning to ski in winter and arranged permits through the gentleman from the residence about a month and a half or maybe two months ahead, for around 5,800 CZK. He handled the arrangements with us. It seems he forgot to buy them in advance, though, and after our stay asked us for 6,800 CZK. Thankfully he accepted my sending the original amount without any trouble. I'd suggest keeping the conversations about arrangements like this.

Our apartment had lovely furnishings and a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset. The setting felt idyllic, and the little romantic barbecue area and pool made it even nicer. Thanks so much for a fantastic place to stay and a wonderful vacation.

Good day. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of furniture and room for everyone, and it was clean. The kitchen had everything needed. Thanks to the owner, I'd definitely recommend staying here! We're looking forward to the sauna being renovated.
