I was in seventh heaven here. The cottage is beautifully designed and kept, with stylish solid-wood furniture. Outside there’s a large garden with seating, a fireplace, pond, and playground, plus enough parking. It feels peaceful and private, though the center of Rokytnice is only a short walk away, perhaps 10-15 minutes. One practical note: bring your own basics like soap and dishwasher tablets. There were tea towels but no towels, and there was a toilet. I highly recommend it.

Excellent value for the price. There’s parking by the cottage, ski storage, a large equipped kitchen, kitchenettes in the apartments, a shared room with bar equipment, and a sauna. The surroundings are beautiful.

The owners really care about making guests happy, and the place has great facilities for a larger group, including football, darts, a pub, and a sauna. The cottage is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. I definitely recommend it!

The whole house is thoughtfully laid out, with roomy apartments, pleasant wood decor, and a stylish feel. Families have a playroom, and each apartment seems to come with its own kitchenette and bathroom. There’s a big shared room, plenty of parking, no close neighbors, and a generous entry area where ski gear and other things can dry. The sauna is especially well designed and easy to use, and the landlord was friendly and relaxed. A couple of small things could be better: the kitchen supplies are sparse, with no chopping board, and the kettle had a thick layer of limescale. One bigger request for the landlord: please add a stove or oven, at least in the shared room, so we could bake rolls in the morning. Then it’d be perfect.
