The food was only so-so, and the service felt very unprofessional. The waiter left out part of our order. When we asked for the invoice, he went out and never came back with it.

The buffet breakfast had something for everyone, and the hotel restaurant is worth trying. The staff were very professional. The building has a breathtaking atmosphere, and the room was spacious and clean. A unique hotel in a unique place. I recommend both the hotel and restaurant, and we’ll definitely return.

We liked the comfortable setting, kind service, and proper Czech food enough to drive over from Frymburk several times during our holiday. It’s a very good restaurant, and the prices are quite reasonable.

I’ve never had this happen before. The waiter wouldn’t give us a menu, even when I asked politely in Czech. He just said “no.” Simply rude.

The location is really good, which makes it a shame that the menu and service have spoiled the experience. I stop by this restaurant every year, but this time was terrible. The staff seemed very confused, the menu had changed, and it clearly wasn’t the same chef as last year. The last two years were much better. I’ve read the previous review, and it seems things are getting worse this year.
