The beer was good, which is why I gave it two stars. Otherwise, this felt like an old, overpriced hostel with “Hotel” in the name. Some reconstruction seems to have started, but there's a long way to go. It was noisy and unclean, with badly worn mattresses, grubby carpets, broken damp walls, and a bathroom with no usable door or sink. The room was next to the TV and badly laid out. Breakfast wasn't included, and getting to the food next door meant walking around because the internal doors were always locked. The food tasted like something I'd sometimes step in on the street. There was no regular reception, and the staff could be more welcoming and learn how to treat guests.

The rooms were clean, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. The corridors and outside of the building felt a bit run down and retro, though the staff were very helpful. I only stayed one night, but I might return.

The location right by the park is nice, and breakfast was good. The outside looks dated, though the rooms are okay once you're inside. They don't provide room service every day.

We stopped for lunch and it was good. I was pleasantly surprised, 7.5 out of 10.

Disgusting food and really rude, lazy staff. I actually thought they might have been drunk. If you don't want food poisoning, stay away from this restaurant.
