Apartmány Pod Kolonádou

The location is great, and the accommodation was beautifully furnished and spotless. The owner was kind and helpful, and replied quickly. We’re planning to come back and would recommend it.

The apartment looks recently renovated, and the underfloor heating kept it pleasantly warm. But it doesn’t work well for skiers, especially if the weather turns bad. Where are we meant to dry clothes, on the floor? For four people there’s just a wardrobe with a hanger and no drawers or cabinets, so we spent the whole stay rummaging through bags. The owner couldn’t help us. The ski lift is 1km away, and although there’s a ski bus stop right outside, guests have to pay because the owner hasn’t applied for a green card for them. The bathroom is like a train bathroom. Bend over the sink and you hit your head on the mirror and your backside on the wall. The sink itself is train-sized too. We were told we could dry ski boots in the hallway, but that area is drafty and cold, not suitable for boots at all. There are no boot dryers either.

Communication was very good, and the furnishings were lovely. I recommend it! :)
