Hotel AURI

The rooms were beautiful and clean, the wellness area was lovely, and breakfast was better than we expected. The location also worked perfectly for the trips we had planned. What spoiled things a bit was learning at checkout that we'd be charged 250 CZK per day for each of our dogs, along with the extra costs for wellness and breakfasts. We booked through Airbnb and even searched online, but couldn't find this dog fee anywhere. The amount itself is reasonable, but finding out only after the stay felt unprofessional and disappointing. Had we been told beforehand, it would've been fine.

We felt right at home in this lovely, peaceful hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the food was delicious. Thanks for a pleasant stay, we'll definitely come back. Markéta and Jára

The hotel makes a great base for hiking, and the ski areas are easy to reach by car in winter. The Kluge family and I felt very comfortable there. Homemade meals were delicious and nicely presented, and the service was attentive throughout, with every request handled promptly. Many thanks to the owner and the whole team. We hope to return.
