The owners are pleasant and ready to help, and the rooms are clean, though on the small side. There's also a small shared room with a kitchen, but cooking leaves the whole common area smelling of food. It works well for skiers, but not for cross-country skiers.

Parking is right beside the guesthouse, and the surroundings are lovely. The shared kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of things to enjoy outside: a gazebo, grill, fireplace, pool, and trampoline. It's cozy and clean, with a kind, helpful owner and an equally nice husband. Ideal for families with children. Thanks for a lovely vacation from Smrkovská, her family, and their rabbit 🙂

We all enjoyed the stay, including the children, and it was clean everywhere. The owners were lovely, and we really appreciated the excellent breakfast. We'd definitely recommend it.

We were a group of six families with children aged 4-14, plus a dog, and found the accommodation very pleasant. Everything was clean and the owner was helpful. Highly recommended.

The property is right beside the road, which is the one downside, although you can't hear the cars 🙂. The owners communicated well, and everything was clean. We can only recommend it.
