Pension U slunce

The kitchen is fully equipped, the rooms are very nice, and the price is reasonable. We visited just before the 2024/25 ski season, and the location was perfect for keen skiers: walk through the forest for 3 minutes and you're at the slopes. Great!

I've stayed here quite a few times. You can still feel that thick communist-era atmosphere for miles, though they've recently spruced the place up and it no longer has quite the unique feel it used to. The prices are great, and for its location it's one of the best places in Jańskie. I can leave the house in my ski boots with my skis under my arm, walk a few dozen meters down the street, strap in, click on my skis, and I'm on the slopes. Coming back works the same way in reverse. :) The bathrooms are so tiny you can barely turn around. I'd recommend it too!

The rooms are clean, and the balcony has a nice view of the forests. The garden is great, the owners are nice, and the dogs are friendly. The bathroom is tiny, and its door gives you no privacy. The internet barely worked here, although LTE is available.

I've visited four times. The conditions are modest, but everything you need is there: a warm room, hot water, a ski room, a room for shoes, and an electric stove with all the necessary equipment. The location is brilliant, with a path through the forest for about 200 meters leading to the ski slope and gondola lift. Parking is available at the guesthouse, though snow chains are recommended when it rains. The price is low. If you expect more, there's the Omnia Hotel with a swimming pool and tennis courts.
