8/10
Right in the center of Rumburk, the location worked really well. The room was good and the shower was amazing. They even provided earplugs because it can get noisy. Still, for a four star hotel, it seemed a bit unusual not to have tea or coffee bags, or a kettle. The restaurant portions were generous, though service could be quicker. We waited 25 minutes for dessert after the main course.

The friendly, welcoming staff and quick service made it feel more like home. The meals were delicious too. If you like indoor activities and services such as sauna, massage, bowling, and fitness, this is a great place to be...

The restaurant-pizzeria was good too, though it got very busy on Saturday night. The rooms have been nicely renovated, and breakfast was good.
