The food was a real plus for me: lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, a good range of meat and fish, and two places to eat, the main restaurant or the bar. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel has a sauna, a small pool, bowling and a snooker table. It's close to the ski slopes by the Harmony Hotel lift, about a ten-minute walk or a minute by car. I stayed four nights in January and thought it was a perfect spot for a ski holiday. I'd recommend it and hope to come back next year. Just be aware that check-in is only available until 22:00, when the entrance is closed.

The evening lounge staff were friendly and knew their stuff, and I enjoyed the spa too. Breakfast was an awesome buffet. The place was clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking and easy access to skiing. You can drive down the hill or take a nearby shuttle for free. We kept our ski gear in the room without any trouble. We're a couple in our 40s with no kids, and we'd stay again.

We got an extra bed for our young children at no extra cost, without even asking, which was a nice touch. Parking was free and there were plenty of spaces. There's a school next door whose playground you can use. Check-in was quick and fine, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were quiet and had kettles. You can fill the minibar for 510 CZK. The pool is free, while the sauna and wellness area cost extra. Breakfast was average to good for a four-star Czech hotel.

The rooms were far smaller than they looked online, even though we paid extra for a larger one and a wellness package. We were turned away every time we tried to use the wellness area because it was too busy. For prices like a four-star hotel, the service felt more like two or three stars. Very disappointing. There are many better hotels in the area.

Breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. The spa area is well built, but the sauna experience was spoiled by poor management. People were loud, with kids under 15 still in there after 8pm, when they shouldn't be. They were running and screaming, and staff didn't seem to care. The spa has great potential.
