Residence Buffalo

Getting from the parking lot up the mountain needs a snow-chain-free ride, and we were picked up in a roomy Jeep and taken straight to the door. A staff member put our cases and ski gear in the right place. Our room was ready by 10:00 AM on arrival day, so we could use the whole day on the slopes. We were greeted with a drink and shown around the complex. The kids were taken with it immediately and didn't want to leave. The thoughtful details in the rooms and throughout the resort were lovely, and the teddy bear decorations made the rooms feel especially warm and magical for them. Everything was spotless, from our rooms to the dining room, and we felt comfortable the whole time. The staff and manager were warm and wonderful. We checked with the manager before inviting two other families for dinner on separate evenings, and both visits worked out perfectly. They loved the place too and didn't want to go home. When we left, each child was given a cuddly hotel teddy bear. Their faces lit up. Thank you for such a lovely stay, we’ll be back. 🙏🙏🙏 We spent five days skiing in Spindleruv Mlyn, two adults and two children, together with another family of four. Finding a host like this feels rare these days.
