The food was tasty, and the hotel’s in a great spot. We had a really good weekend here, with excellent service too. Thanks for making it such a lovely stay!

The food was below average, with everything swimming in oil, and we kept getting annoying looks whenever we asked the waiter for something. When we first walked into the empty restaurant, the two people there didn’t greet us or even make eye contact. It took about five minutes before I realized they were the waiter and waitress. Later, when the place wasn’t empty anymore, he had the waitress sitting on his lap behind the bar, which only made the service feel even less professional. We’d planned to come back a few times during our stay, but after that first visit we decided to avoid Sněženka altogether.

The service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was really nice. I booked one room and it was perfect. There’s a nice pool too. A very good hotel.

Prices were reasonable and the food was fairly good. The waitresses could have been friendlier, though.
