Pension No 30 And Restaurant In Chaloupky

That morning coffee came with a lovely surprise: after finishing her restaurant shift, the woman looking after us still went to bake something sweet for us. Breakfast itself was generous and just what we expected. The accommodation was clean and really pleasant, and we were very happy with our stay. Fantastic!

The guesthouse is a great base for visiting the well-known spots in the Bohemian Paradise, and the village has the basics covered, including a shop, restaurant, and swimming pool. There’s a small park with a children's playground right outside, and getting to the guesthouse is easy. The owners and restaurant staff were so helpful and accommodating. I definitely recommend it.

We could walk to a nearby pub run by the owners, with good Czech beers. The guesthouse itself is in a very quiet spot, yet close to many places in the Bohemian Paradise and the Svijany brewery. It was pleasant and inexpensive, with a nice, clean room and bathroom, plus a kitchenette and kettle. The walls were very thin, though, and we could hear every little rustle from the neighboring rooms.

The restaurant attached to the pension is great, with luxurious food, and the service is nice. The rooms were clean too. The annoying part was hearing every flush from the neighboring rooms, but it was bearable. There’s a nearby convenience store with just about everything, and Český ráj and Svijanský brewery are close as well. So it’s a cool place to stay.
