Apartment Pod Kotnovem

There's a bakery over the river bridge, so fresh pastries are easy to get on weekdays and Saturdays. The apartment is about a ten-minute uphill walk from the center, though a frequent local bus stops right outside, running hourly on Saturdays. The rooms were clean, roomy, and very nice, and the owners were helpful and accommodating. Excellent for me!

We've stayed here twice already and would gladly come back. It's quiet but close to the center, the rooms are clean and fully equipped, and the owner is really pleasant and helpful 🙂

The apartment was simple and pleasant for a few crowns, and we had access to a shared terrace with a grill. Ours had its own bathroom, connected to the apartment by a curtain in the hallway. The parking area is a few meters from the building and was supposedly watched by cameras. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center, where the nearest ATM is too. Check-in was a little odd: nobody was home, and after I called, a woman came a few minutes later to show us the room. She asked if I had the exact amount and whether I wanted to pay by card, and said she would need to call the owner to find out if that was possible and how. Otherwise she was pleasant.

The owner was kind, helpful, and easy to deal with. We were very happy with our two-day stay and had no problems at all. The room was so clean and nice when we opened the door that we were surprised. My daughter had her own room, and the big double bed was spacious and comfortable. The towels and linens smelled great. Thanks again, we'd be happy to come back from Liberec someday.
