10/10
We came all the way from Norway and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were kind. They always found a way to help: when we wanted to stay two extra nights, they arranged it, and when we were hungry after the restaurant had closed, a woman who was wonderful with guests and clearly committed to her work ordered food for us from town. We had such a lovely stay, and we’re very grateful for the good time and the people there!

The hotel restaurant serves delicious beer at a remarkably low price. The room was clean, and breakfast was tasty.

6/10
The food was tasty and the rooms were clean, but the strong bathroom smell was hard to bear. The shower pressure was weak, and the interior seemed cheap. Waking up to a view of a prefab neighborhood was the last thing I wanted.

The service was polite and helpful, and the rooms were spotless. There’s a good restaurant with tasty dishes, and the hotel is quite close to the Spicak ski area. I had a great few days and think I’ll come back.

4/10
It’s clear and modern, but the service was slow and seemed quite annoyed, so I have mixed feelings. It’s fine with family, but I wouldn’t suggest coming with friends if you want a good time. They’re very strict about noise, and there isn’t a good place nearby to go.
