Our international guests were very impressed with the quality and standards. The setting is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the customer service was great. The local Czech food was excellent, and it’s ideal for parties and weddings. The garden walks and river view are amazing, and Telc castle is a seven-minute walk away. Highly recommend it.

After a hard day of cycling, our superior room was spectacular. We stopped here for a night during a recent cycling holiday, and the staff were friendly and professional. We’d definitely come back. Well done, and thank you.

The hotel was good enough, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was good, though a few things were missing for it to feel great. The restaurant was more average, both the food and beer, and its staff were below par.

Breakfast came with the room and was okay. The room itself only had a skylight for ventilation, and the bathroom fan kept switching off, so it did nothing to stop heat and moisture building up in the small space. The beds were under a low, sloping roof, so watch your head or you could get seriously hurt.

It really comes down to who's working. The food is usually high standard, and this time we got lucky with a very nice waiter. When the shift has good staff, everything's great.
