Teplice Apartments U Schodů

Parking was quite difficult.

The apartments were nice, and we liked our stay enough to come back. There were a few things that could use attention, though: the floor was sticky before we arrived, some dishes were dirty, and the freezer was broken. The door was scratched too. It would be nice to see these things fixed for the price. Thanks very much.

The location worked really well, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, and the owner was helpful whenever we had questions. We found the apartment clean, modern, and well looked after, with a comfortable bed and lots of storage. It suited both couples and families with kids. We'd gladly stay again on a future visit.

The bathroom fan was broken for all 33 days of our stay, leaving a suffocating smell. We contacted management about it repeatedly, less than once a week, but nobody responded until after 33 days of staying there and complaining. Unfortunately, the management service was very poor. I don't recommend dealing with them because they don't respond to complaints.
