The breakfast was great, and the staff were excellent. They were friendly and went out of their way to help me. The rooms are fairly basic, though, with few amenities, for example no tea or coffee. I was there for the Jihlava festival and found transport difficult: there were only 4-5 shuttles a day, and taxis were hard to get. Without your own transport, staying closer to town makes more sense if you need to go to Jihlava.

The park was a lovely extra, with paths to stroll along and a disc golf course. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness treatments. We found this place by chance while looking for somewhere special to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the romantic package was just right: a flower-decorated room, breakfast in the room one morning, and a special dinner another day. The rooms are nicely decorated, and the food was delicious, with great quality and presentation. A peaceful, relaxing stay.

We chose this hotel for its amenities and services, but a wedding had booked the entire castle, so we were put in the side building. We couldn't use the bar, restaurant, spa, or massage services, and there was no WiFi. The receptionist also showed little kindness: no one explained what was available or apologized, and they didn't even ask how our stay was. They shouldn't chase a little extra money by offering guests only the bare minimum.

Tereza, the sales manager, guided us through every step of planning our wedding at Zámek Třešť. The catering was delicious and very high quality, and the rooms and whole estate are beautiful. We had a lovely wedding there, and I'd highly recommend Zámek Třešť for a wedding or a guest stay.

The staff were especially wonderful, and we were grateful for all their help. We held a four-day retreat at the castle with my kids and friends, using the meeting hall for yoga and sound healing sessions. We loved the food and the views, and the place and park were amazing. I highly recommend it.
