I don’t often leave reviews, but I was really pleased with this hotel. The room was comfortable and very nice, and at last a Czech hotel with a pillow that wasn’t like paper. Breakfast had loads of choice and the quality was very good. Everyone was friendly, from the messages before our stay to the receptionist and the woman in the breakfast kitchen, who greeted us with a smile. I’ve seen plenty of similar Czech towns where hotels are overpriced, dated, poorly equipped, and run by owners who seem stuck in the past and unhappy to deal with guests. This place was nothing like that. I got the sense the owners really care about making things right for their guests. I don’t visit Turnov often, but I’d go out of my way to stay here again if I needed to be nearby.

We only stayed for one night, but Christina gave us wonderful service. The room was nice, and the hotel is right in the heart of the city. We had dinner at Prince Restaurant just down the road. Guests coming from the Hotel get a discount there, and the meal was amazing too. Lovely place 🇨🇿🫶

The room, breakfast, and service were all excellent. A special mention for Catherine at reception, who was so helpful and provided great service. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is part of the room price, and the service is professional. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable bathrooms, plus air conditioning and windows that open. The hotel is in the old town, close to its main square.

It’s on the main road, and there’s nowhere to stop, which made handling the baggage very difficult. The hotel is quite old and doesn’t look like the pictures.
