The place turned out even better than I’d expected. From the friendly welcome to the clean room and lovely views over the area, things started well. We only had breakfast, but there was plenty to choose from, including freshly baked sweet cakes, different pastries, and memorable homemade rye bread made with their own sourdough. There were several teas, two kinds of juice, and very good coffee, so we always left full and happy. After days exploring the beautiful Šumava, it was nice to come back to the guesthouse, where chef Dan would have something tasty grilling outside. We enjoyed the stay so much that we’re coming back in October. The facilities are great too: there’s a sauna and ping pong table, plus board games for evenings in the restaurant or common room. Kids have an indoor corner as well as a sandbox and slide outside. Each room has a TV, Wi-Fi is free, and parking is included. We can only recommend the place. Ruda and Jindřiška from Ústí

I can only speak about the restaurant, since I didn't stay in the accommodation. It's in a convenient spot by the parking area and tourist signposts, with a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. The menu has enough choice, and the staff are exceptionally helpful, especially compared with many other places. This restaurant alone gives me a reason to visit again.
