Horský apartmán Razula

Great!

We were very happy with our stay. The new apartment was lovely, and its size, cleanliness, and equipment were all just right for two people.

It was comfortable enough in the room during the day, when we were out anyway. But after coming back in the evening, it was 21° and only getting colder, because the owner turned off the heating all night. We’d paid to stay for a week, and on the very first day found out the owner was saving on heating at our expense. The thermostat said not to turn the temperature up. If you did, they’d tell you off and lock it. A disaster!

The studio was clean, spacious enough for two, and decently equipped, and the price seemed fair. Still, we left with back pain and bruised hip joints. The small double bed had only 30cm of foam instead of a mattress, and with the divider in the middle, it was hard to turn over without banging a knee. A whole week there became a nightmare. We don’t know how the other studios are set up, but we wish the foam and the divider had been visible in the photos, because we wouldn’t have booked a week. There was no dog, despite what other reviews say, though that wasn’t a big deal. The room had a sweet smell, a bit like Chinese noodles, that stayed for the whole week even after we thoroughly disinfected all the waste and the dishwasher. Best regards, Jan Romanov.
