We had a lovely Friday-to-Sunday weekend here with my fiancé. The hotel was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the woman in charge was a treasure, as were the kitchen and housekeeping staff. Our half-board meals were amazing, and breakfast had a very good Swedish-style spread. The spacious room had a TV and balcony, with a nice view. There’s a beautiful forest behind the house, where we went for a walk and looked for mushrooms after arriving. The pool was refreshing without being cold, and the sauna was great. On Saturday we took a trip to the cable car at SKI AREÁL BÍLA. It’s lovely and good for small children, since the lift takes you to the top and you can walk down through the smugglers' forests, looking for the various treasures. I definitely recommend it. Top marks from us. :)

At around 1800 CZK for two people without breakfast, I expected at least a little more. The place felt like it belonged in the early 1990s, when the hotel itself might have been fine, but the price is outrageous.

The food is excellent and the staff are friendly, but the cleaning could be better. I hope they sort out the duvets, cobwebs, and general tidying. There also needs to be more information online, since nothing mentioned that there was a fully equipped kitchenette.
