The pool was enjoyable, especially being able to order wine there and get a bottle in an ice bucket. Breakfast was great, with high-quality food all around, but the baked goods stood out most. The wine here is clearly more expensive than elsewhere in the region, which was my only wish for improvement. The restaurant also makes a very tasty truffle gnocchi, if you're looking for a vegetarian option.

I gave up on ordering a second glass of wine because nobody came over to check on us. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than looking after guests. The food was plain and below average, yet the restaurant was both overpriced and overrated. The owners should see how restaurants operate in other countries. It feels like the place is run by amateurs.

The complex is huge, and we stayed in Vyhlidka in a very large room that even had a wine fridge. The cellar is amazing, and the tasting was really enjoyable: we tried eight wines, which made for an interesting experience. They serve good traditional Czech food, and vineyards surround the beautiful area. It would be great to come back in summer and try the outdoor pool :)

Our stay was really nice until checkout. The reception's manner and the lack of clear communication didn't meet the standard of a 3-star hotel. Checkout is by 10:00 am, and since breakfast also runs until 10:00 am, we arrived late and were automatically charged an extra fee that had never been communicated. Watch out for hidden surprises. One sentence at check-in or a note in the hotel guide could have prevented that unpleasant moment.
