The room, number 310, was big and good value. I like a firmer bed, so it suited me. The blanket and pillows had some substance to them, not paper-thin, and the staff were friendly.

I was impressed by how attentive the staff were, and breakfast had plenty of options with a good solid spread. My room was huge and comfortable, with a separate living room in the corner of the first floor, right by the stairs as you enter the hotel. It was my first stay at this hotel and my first visit to Zatec, though I've been to the Czech Republic once before. The hotel is in a quiet area, still within walking distance of the city center. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it if you're planning a trip there.

The staff are nice, and the hotel is in a good location. The rooms are spacious, but pretty plain and brown, and don't feel like four-star rooms.
