Avoid this place. It doesn't deserve even one star. The service was friendly but completely unhelpful and clueless. The owner was unpleasant and rude, though we only spoke on the phone. The rooms were awful, with paper-thin walls, uncomfortable beds, and a badly planned layout. Our toilet wasn't working properly, and they couldn't fix it in time, so we moved out as soon as possible. They call the rooms windowless, though there is a window facing the inner hall 🤣🤣🤣. There was also a tiny little window letting in natural light, but even prisoners must have bigger ones. Despite what they claim, there's no cycle storage. We were asked to leave our road bikes in an unfinished part of the building with no security at all...

The staff were friendly and helpful, and parking was free. Breakfast was nice and cost an extra 3.50€ per person. There’s a restaurant and bar, and apparently their homemade pizzas are great, though unfortunately we didn’t try them. The room felt overpriced. It didn’t have the promised fridge, and it had just two tiny windows, one in the room and one in the bathroom. The large window faced the corridor inside the house, so it had to stay shut behind closed curtains. It was extremely noisy because of the neighbors and their kids, and much too hot for sleeping. Nowhere did it say or show that the room would have no windows. The shower water kept switching between hot and cold.
