The reception staff were kind, and the location was nice, but a few things need attention. I’d booked a 2 p.m. late checkout, yet the cleaner kept knocking and bothering me, and couldn’t speak English. She stopped only after I used a translator to tell her I’d check out later. Also, shower water ran out into the rest of the bathroom, which was annoying. Breakfast had very few options and wasn’t good.

The room was spotless and the reception staff were very pleasant. It’s a good quality chain hotel, but the front door code stopped working after 10 p.m., and the phone wasn’t always answered. This was happening on my fourth day. On Saturday, 1 November 2025, around eight people were stuck outside, so I wasn’t the only one affected. I’m sure reception passed the problem on, but then it was ignored. Please fix the code. People want to sleep where they booked, not spend the night walking around. Good luck!

At 10:02, breakfast was shut down completely, grill and all. I asked if I could make tea and was told no, breakfast was over. I’ve never seen that anywhere else. It felt like guests were supposed to grab everything and hurry off before annoying the staff.

My stay started with no hot water, and nobody had warned me. The rooms were dirty, and breakfast was expensive. At night the door wouldn’t work and there was nobody around to help. The emergency phone number didn’t work either. A very bad experience.

The parking was handy, though the spaces felt tight for modern sized SUVs. The location is near enough to the city center, and the rooms cover the basic amenities. Some corners were a little dusty, but nothing serious.
