10/10
The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and the reception felt elegant and welcoming, with somewhere to sit and have a drink. Breakfast is optional, and what we had was fresh. Our room was modern, warm, and very clean, though a little small, just as we expected for the price. The bed was comfortable, and we liked being able to request fresh linens daily. The spotless bathroom had shower gel and shampoo, which was handy. We had a very pleasant stay.

10/10
The room felt a little tight, but the king-size bed was large and comfortable. Everything was clean and well designed, and the service from the staff was excellent. The lobby, lounge, and bar were nice, as was the outdoor courtyard. There were three elevators, and they were quick.

The lobby was my favorite spot: cozy and inviting, with room to relax, have a drink, socialize, or play games. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of high-quality choices. The hotel is well maintained and beautiful, and the quality felt right for the price. A comfortable stay and good value.

The rooms are on the small side, but they’re modern, comfortable, and clean. Staff are friendly, and the lobby is stylish and cozy. Breakfast was good, though the selection was a bit limited. The central Aachen location, just five minutes from the cathedral, makes this a good fit for a short stay.

Clean, quiet, and safe. I stayed two nights in May and had no complaints. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, so I can’t comment on it.
