The location is ideal for getting to the city mall and landmarks, and we enjoyed the breakfast, which had enough options. Staff were kind and helpful. There's public parking below the hotel with elevator access to reception, but it can feel unsafe for a car because many homeless people use the car park as a home. It's not much different from parking on the surrounding streets. I recommend staying here.

Our group stayed in six rooms from December 6-8, 2025. The Food and Beverage staff were attentive and polite, and their service deserves praise. We had a serious concern about how a member of the Front Office team handled a problem. One person in our group, M/M Metee Auapinyajul, had paid to upgrade to an Executive room with two beds. The sofa bed had not been opened when they arrived because housekeeping had already left. The next morning, a Front Office representative said the sofa bed was broken. When we asked for another option, since we had booked a two-bed room, we were told nothing could be done, the sofa bed could not be moved, and there were no other Executive rooms available. We checked and found the sofa could be moved by hand. As paying guests expecting a room in good condition, we felt a more proactive solution was needed, beyond an apology. We also asked about a connecting room and offered to pay extra, but were told none were available. There was another uncomfortable exchange when we asked whether our two-night stay could be added to our Accor membership. The representative asked, “Are you a basic member?” I said every guest should feel respected and valued, and that the question was inappropriate and unprofessional to ask any member. The reception and bar teams were both welcoming and very friendly, and the bar had an excellent winter drinks menu. At checkout, though, housekeeping came into our room between 10:00 and 11:00, even though checkout was at 12:00. I found that uncomfortable. As I understand it, staff should wait until checkout time or until the guest has confirmed they've left. A nice stay overall, but this needs improvement.

We were very happy with our family stay and would gladly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and nicely presented, and our spacious room was exceptionally clean and well kept. The price felt very fair for the comfort and service. The central location put all the main attractions within walking distance. Staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout.
