We stayed here for a month, my wife and I, and the experience was awful. The residence felt like a cage, and the neighborhood in Aachen was very bad. I have evidence for all of this. In general, I recommend avoiding a booking here because the owner isn't honest and the information provided isn't accurate. There were often homeless people outside the building entrance until midnight. Once, one was inside the building, and I had to call 110. The internet was out for three days, then kept disconnecting several more times. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep properly. I personally woke up with back pain every morning. The bath water drain was clogged from the third day. Despite several complaints, the owner didn't take proper action, so water overflowed onto the floor where the toilet was and we couldn't shower properly. The bathroom had no ventilation, no window or fan, and there was a lot of mold on the ceiling. Unfortunately, my wife got sick. It took the owner several days to repair the ceiling. After that, the light still wasn't fixed: it had no cover and exposed wires, making it dangerous to shower because of the risk of electricity.
