The warm welcome from the bartender and waiter made dinner at the nearby Adler Restaurant feel relaxed, even though its elegant furniture came across as a bit cold. The hotel itself is cozy, with nice furnishings and thoughtful staff, in a quiet neighborhood. Prices are competitive, and I’d recommend it. A lift would make getting bags to the upper floors easier.

I booked this for a business trip, but I’d bring my boyfriend if I stayed again. The staff were super friendly, and the place had a lovely atmosphere. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. It ran hotter than I like, and I couldn’t lower the temperature. Opening the windows helped, but the street was busy. That wouldn’t put me off booking here again.

The staff were accommodating, and the meals were decent, though breakfast was chaotic one morning when a big bus tour group arrived. The rooms weren’t up to standard. I hated the single beds, and neither bed was comfortable. The first room had a major shower leak in the bathroom, so I moved to another one. There were cheesy quotes on the walls too. I won’t return, though I could have rated it lower.

The breakfast was amazing and included in the room rate, and our dog was welcome in the large breakfast room. We stayed about a 10-minute drive outside of Aalen. The rooms were very nice and clean, and the extremely friendly staff made us feel at home. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit.

The rooms are spacious and pretty, and the breakfast was great. Quiet place, lovely food. Perfect.
