The staff made the weekend feel especially welcoming, and one person even refused a tip, which honestly surprised us. We booked the chalet for my son's birthday and found it really comfortable for a family break. Every meal could be brought right to the chalet, and the spa massage was wonderfully relaxing. I only wish I could have had it there without leaving the chalet. Our place had a sauna and a private whirlpool in a small garden with a pool, though that pool wasn't heated, so we couldn't use it. The spa's heated pool was open, though. It's a lovely destination about an hour and a half's drive from Munich, and it's become one of our favorite places to holiday.

We had a great time at Bayern-Chalets Ainring and would gladly come back. Our train delay meant we missed the Sixt rental, but reception was excellent and arranged a taxi to the hotel, then back to the Bahnhof the following day. The rooms felt new and were comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The views were lovely and we enjoyed the stay, but having our private spa and sauna switched off at 10 p.m. was ridiculous. We were out sightseeing during the day and wanted to unwind when we got back in the evening. Apparently, that wasn't allowed.

I really like this chalet. The sauna is right in the bathroom, which is so nice, and everything was very clean. There's a Jacuzzi in the backyard too.

The place itself was cozy, spotless, and in a perfect location. Still, the customer service was well below average. Check-in took 30 minutes longer than it should have, and nobody seemed to care.
