Sunny Hotel

I paid for a booking but never got a room. I’ve spent a month asking for a refund by email and nobody has replied. When I call customer service, they say they’ll talk to their team and call back, but they never do. It’s a shame I booked this place while in transit. This is just a scam.

The room stinks, and the mini fridge doesn’t work. The complimentary pastries disappear as soon as they’re put out, so if you don’t get up at 6 AM, forget about them. I’ve stayed here twice before, and there were some issues then, though nothing major. Now I’m stranded because I can’t charge my car. There are supposed to be two EV chargers, but one is physically broken and the other needs resetting. The rude person on the phone could have helped with that, but instead he shouted at me and hung up while I was talking. I’ve never had a customer service rep yell at me and hang up before. This person shouldn’t work anywhere involving interaction with people. The receptionist has zero interest in helping. I’d strongly recommend paying the extra €20 to go somewhere decent. I’ll definitely avoid this place in the future.

It’s a very quiet, almost farm-like setting, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite basic, but it has everything you need. My room was probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and I can definitely recommend the place.

You check yourself in, then get the key, and that’s it. Pretty nice and simple. If you just need somewhere to sleep without a long process, this place works.
